Our listings have higher-than-average showings. One of the most important jobs of a Realtor is to generate the maximum number of showings, which increases your ability to find the PERFECT buyer who will pay the highest price for your home. We market you home with Pottery Barn®-type marketing, not Walmart® marketing and invest a lot of time to list the best and most expensive features of your home — for buyers, buyer agents and appraisers. Some features are not easily observed. Our job is to educate all parties involved on the true value of your home.

Oh the TERRIBLE photos we all see on the Internet! We don’t want you to be a victim of this. This is a HUGE pet peeve for us and photos are one of the top reasons buyers will or will not come to see your home. The listings with the best photos get the most showings and the most showings produce the most (or multiple offers), resulting in the highest price possible for you.

We use PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS that have been vetted with our high standards of lighting, editing, composition and more. And – after we receive the photographer’s photos, we review and perform additional editing as well to highlight the best features of your home. Ask agents who will be taking their photos. Many agents take their own photos to save money, causing you to LOSE money. We are proud to provide samples of our work.
