Stellar MLS September 2023 Residential Stats – This report represents all residential listings in the Stellar MLS coverage area for September 2023.
Please Note: The sales price metric of the PRAR stats has been changed from an average to a median of sale prices. This was done to reduce the volatility in the sale price number caused by the limited number of unit sales and disproportionate property values.

For the Stellar MLS Florida coverage area, notable statistics state that:
* New Listings are at the same level as the previous month but are up by 13% compared to last year, while Active Listings inventory increased by 9% from the previous month and is up 3% compared to last year.
* The number of units sold decreased from the previous month by 5% but has increased by 12% year over year. Inventory increased by 3% for the same time frame.
* Total Sales Volume decreased by 6% month over month but has increased by 19% year over year.
* Average Days on Market were unchanged month over month but has increased since last year.
